This Gantt consolidates the high-level roadmap from v1 platform-overview.html (P0 → P1 → P3 → P4) with the v2 per-module phase structure. The phases map as follows:

  • P0 — Foundation: Q3 2026. Architecture, hiring, vendor selection, Drummond and Surescripts cert kickoff.
  • P1a — Alpha closed: Q4 2026 – Q1 2027. Core modules in manual/basic form for 2–3 friendly clinics.
  • P1b — Initial launch: Q1 – Q2 2027. eRx live, basic RCM, ONC HTI-1 testing starts. Paying design partners.
  • P3 — Full launch: Q2 – Q4 2027. Full RCM, TEFCA, ONC cert, SOC 2 Type II, EPCS direct.
  • P4 — Expansion: Q4 2027 – Q2 2028. Native scribe, HITRUST i1, Bulk FHIR, Apple Health, Android, predictive no-show.
2. Per-Module Delivery Gantt — Scheduling

    title Scheduling Module Delivery
    dateFormat YYYY-MM-DD
    axisFormat %b %Y

section Phase 1 — Manual + Basic Rules
    Front-desk booking w/ provider+room conflict checks :s1a, 2026-10-01, 60d
    Visit-type stage editor :s1b, 2026-10-15, 45d
    Self-scheduling portal for established patients :s1c, 2026-11-01, 60d
    Basic reminder ladder (T-3, T-day SMS) :s1d, 2026-11-15, 45d
    No-show detection + manual rebooking :s1e, 2026-12-01, 30d

section Phase 2 — Smart Scheduling + Automation
    Resource-graph constraint solver (minute resolution) :s2a, 2027-01-01, 90d
    Walk-in absorption w/ wait-time SLAs :s2b, 2027-02-01, 60d

    section Phase 3 — Predictive + Cross-Location
    Predictive no-show ML scoring :s3a, 2027-07-01, 60d
    Two-way calendar sync (CalDAV/Google/Outlook) :s3b, 2027-08-01, 60d
    Cross-location resource sharing :s3c, 2027-09-01, 60d
    Specialty-specific deep workflows :s3d, 2027-10-01, 90d

Scheduling ships manual booking first (Phase 1), then upgrades to the resource-graph constraint solver in Phase 2. Predictive no-show and cross-location features arrive in Phase 3. The solver is the platform's headline differentiator — no off-the-shelf option exists for small-practice minute-level resource-graph scheduling.

3. Per-Module Delivery Gantt — Eligibility
gantt
    title Eligibility Module Delivery
    dateFormat YYYY-MM-DD
    axisFormat %b %Y

    Form template versioning + continuous improvement :cd2f, 2027-05-01, 30d

    section Phase 3 — Advanced Capture + Multi-Clinician
Offline capture mode (CRDT buffer) :cd3a, 2027-07-01, 60d

    Version-history diff rendering :cd3d, 2027-10-01, 45d

Clinical Documentation is the platform's second headline differentiator. Phase 1 ships the scribe foundation with manual review; Phase 2 delivers the full structure-first encounter-as-form model with evidence links and bilingual capture. Phase 3 adds offline, multi-clinician, and specialty templates.

5. Per-Module Delivery Gantt — Coding / CDS

    Population-level coding analytics :cc3c, 2027-09-01, 60d

Coding / CDS starts with real-time ICD-10/CPT suggestions in Phase 1, adds HCC capture and AI-driven CPT in Phase 2, and extends to specialty CDS packs in Phase 3. The DSI model card requirement (HTI-1 §170.315(b)(11)) ships from Phase 1.

This timeline consolidates integration timelines from v1 integration-ecosystem.html and technical-architecture.html. Key integration dependencies:

  • Surescripts certification is the longest lead-time integration at 9–12 months. Kickoff in Q3 2026 targets completion by Q2 2027. Basic NewRx ships earlier under a pre-cert arrangement.
  • TEFCA QHIN sub-participant onboarding under Kno2 is estimated at 6 months, targeting live connection by Q2 2027.
  • Dual-clearinghouse routing (Waystar + Availity) is live before launch to prevent a Change Healthcare-style outage from halting revenue.
  • ID.me IAL2 integration is on the EPCS critical path and must be ready before Drummond app cert testing begins.
  • Health Gorilla aggregator covers the long tail of lab interfaces; Quest and LabCorp direct connections supplement it.

Caveats

Dates are illustrative planning targets, not commitments. Actual delivery depends on staffing, certification timelines, and customer feedback from Phase 1. The two unmovable timelines are ONC certification (9–12 months once the test process starts) and Surescripts/EPCS DEA certification (9–12 months from scratch). Every other date is subject to adjustment as design partner feedback, hiring velocity, and vendor onboarding timelines become clearer.

The v1 platform-overview.html roadmap used labels P0, P1 (alpha + launch), P3, and P4. The v2 per-module pages use Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3. These are not identical — v1 P1 spans what v2 calls Phase 1 + Phase 2 across modules, and v1 P3 roughly corresponds to v2 Phase 3. The Gantt diagrams above reconcile both by showing module-level Phase 1/2/3 delivery within the platform-level P0 → P1 → P3 → P4 arc.

No v1 timeline content was unmappable. The v1 platform-overview.html roadmap phases were high-level and mapped directly. The v1 regulatory-matrix.html deadlines are fixed regulatory dates and mapped precisely. The v1 integration-ecosystem.html timelines (Surescripts 9–12 month cert, TEFCA QHIN sub-participant onboarding) were estimated and carried forward with best-guess quarters. The v1 technical-architecture.html did not contain explicit delivery timeline content beyond resilience and DR RTO/RPO targets, which are operational parameters rather than roadmap milestones.
